At Gils Customs, every product is made with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our work, but we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary.

• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: All returned items must be in like-new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, modified products, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Warranty

All products from Gils Customs come with a 30-day limited warranty covering craftsmanship and manufacturing defects.

• What’s Covered:

  • Workmanship flaws

  • Defective materials or components under normal use

• What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Modifications, tampering, or attempted repairs

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage (cracks, breaks, water intrusion, etc.)

If a warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at our discretion. The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders from Gils Customs are shipped via UPS Ground to ensure reliable delivery and package tracking.

• Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

• Delivery Time: UPS Ground delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery progress.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Once an item has been shipped, responsibility transfers to UPS. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact UPS directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with information for your claim if needed.
