Custom Automotive Headlights Built for Style and Precision
At Gils Customs, we specialize in designing and building fully custom automotive headlights that blend performance, style, and innovation. Gils Customs began with a mission to create lighting solutions that not only stand out — but are also practical to build, install, and replicate.
We work extensively with enthusiast platforms like the MK4 Golf/GTI/R32, Honda Del Sol, and BMW E63 M6, offering everything from complete custom assemblies to DIY kits. Our process combines high-precision 3D modeling, FDM and SLA printing, Acrylic forming and custom electronics integration to produce one-of-a-kind lights that deliver both function and form.
In addition to full custom builds, we offer retrofit services — upgrading OEM or aftermarket headlights with modern projectors, RGB lighting, DRLs, and dynamic turn signals. Every design is approached with longevity in mind, using heat-resistant materials, UV-stable coatings, and efficient internal layouts to make installation and maintenance as smooth as possible.
From product development to final assembly, content creation to customer support — every part of Gils Customs is run in-house. Our goal is to raise the standard of what’s possible in custom lighting, while making professional-quality results accessible to builders of all levels.
